Mentorship
As a manager, I am proud of the positive impact I have been able to have on my team. I pride myself on finding ways to connect with the people I lead, to encourage their own personal development so that together we can achieve the best for both them and the team.
Culture focus
I thoroughly enjoy fostering social connection among the team. I've organized a series of annual hackathons to encourage innovation and experimentation, and monthly social events to improve morale and increase communication between geographically close, but organizationally siloed team members.
Process Management
I have planned and executed initiatives that influenced the processes used by teams across the organization. I have led the adoption of agile methodologies, incident management, and shift left practices, implemented new tools to improve workflow efficiency, and established best practices for project management and communication.
