My Leadership Experience

Lead a distributed team of 12 engineers across 3 product teams. Responsible for hiring, delivery, and driving technical strategy aligned to the product roadmap.

Extended my oversight to include a new team operating on a tech stack I was unfamiliar with. Maintained team performance while quickly adapting to their processes and learning the new stack as needed.

Transitioned from the technical work required of a Tech Lead role into my first role as a People Manager, taking on the mentorship and personal development of team members as well as continuing my efforts in process improvement.

Advanced from Intermediate Mobile Developer to Team Lead. Responsible for the development of iOS and Android products, as well as leading the team and hiring new members.
