The Experience Management Business Unit consists of many scrum teams, all releasing their own artefacts which often depend on each other. It’s important to make sure these operations are synchronized to prevent one product breaking another which depends on it.
Challenges
Buy in and alignment: Whenever working with multiple teams, there are challenges in aligning processes and getting buy in from all parties.
